Well, the trip started with a 3am bus ride at Victory Liner Cubao. We decided to get an earlier trip to avoid the heat and to have a longer time in the place. We arrived in Baguio at 10am and directly went to our lodge. The lodge is located at St. Scholastica’s vilage that has a very scenic overview of the place. The apartment we got was so cool. It has 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathe with hot water, of course, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, sofa set and tv with cable. The only catch is that it was difficult to get a ride out of the village. We had to walk and climb steep passages to be able to get a cab. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay. Our first stop was the eat lunch. After which, we decided that it would be best to cook food our place so we went to market. We got home at around 2pm and we all decided to take a nap. I guess we all were tired of the long trip that we decided to take a rest and just stay at the house for the night and start with our journey early the next day. Unfortunately we had water problems the next day that we got out of the house at around 11am. Our first stop for the day was Mines View Park. Here we literally shopped until we dropped. The prices was reasonable enough that we all were not aware of the amount that we had spent and the luggage that we had to carry along with us. Next stop was the Botanical Garden. It was almost night time when we arrived here so we hurriedly took pictures. We then went to Burnham Park. We rested at the benches near the pond. The scene was so sentimental that one of our companions didn’t want to look at the lake where several couples rented boats. It was so cold and we could feel the breeze penetrate through our clothes. Last stop for the day was SM Baguio. We ate at Dencio’s. Here, we really felt the coolness of the weather. We could see the clouds passing by us. It was as if we were going to have frost bites. We decided to wrap things up for the night and went home to our cozy place. We started the next day by going to mass at the Cathedral at 7:30 am. It was full of people. The Cathedral was equipped with televisions so that those persons seated at the sides and far end of the cathedral could still see the altar. We then had breakfast then went directly to the Horse Back Riding sight. We decided to get a guide so that we could go around the area riding a horse for an hour. We then went to Camp John Hay. We took some pictures and then went to the amusement area where in we rode the bump cars, played billiards and rented roller skates and roller blades. We then decided to take a late lunch, then went on taking some more pictures of the place before deciding to go to the Strawberry Farm. This area was far from the weather of Baguio city. It was hot and humid. After taking some pictures, we bought some more additional pasalubongs then went off to TAM-AWAN Village. It was like climbing a mountain in the city. It was a tiring but thrilling experience. The only catch was it was difficult to get a ride back to the city. Luckily we met a driver who was also a part time tourist guide to different nationalities. He suggested that we visit the lion head at Canon road. The scene on the way was really breath taking. There were several people around so we had to wait for our turn to further take more pictures of the area. We then went to the Bayanihan shopping area before taking an early dinner in preparation for our way home. Lastly, we went back to Burnham park to have a last minute shopping at the market place. We left arrive at Victory Liner at 7:15 pm and the bus left at exactly 7:40pm. We arrived in Cubao station at around 2am.
